Season’s greetings! Below you’ll find our opening hours and last shipping dates for the Christmas and New Year period. 

Opening hours

Wednesday 24 December: Showroom open 10am-1pm only. The earlier the better for online orders today - courier collection cutoff is 12 noon; orders placed after this time won’t ship until Monday 29 December.

Thursday 25 - Sunday 28 December: Showroom closed. Online orders placed during this period will ship on Monday 29 December.

Wednesday 31 December: Showroom open 10am-1pm only. The earlier the better for online orders today - courier collection cutoff is 12 noon; orders placed after this time won’t ship until Monday 5 January.

Thursday 1 - Sunday 4 January: Showroom closed. Online orders placed during this period will ship on Monday 5 January.

If you get in touch with us while we’re closed as per the dates above, please allow a few extra days for us to get back to you.

Last shipping dates

If you’re in the UK and you need something in time for Christmas, we’d recommend ordering no later than Friday 19 December. We will be shipping as normal on Monday 22 December and Tuesday 23 December, but the couriers will likely be very stretched that week, so we can’t rule out the possibility of delays.

If you’re outside the UK, for most services and territories we’d recommend ordering before Wednesday 17 December for a realistic chance of it arriving before Christmas. Certain services, such as DPD road delivery to Europe or Royal Mail international shipments, may take longer than this. As always, please get in touch with us if you have questions about shipping.
